Troubleshooting

Can't start or finish a workout: ensure Location permission is set to While Using the App, use a stable internet connection, and confirm you are inside the approved gym radius.
Invite codes not working: ask the pact creator to resend the invite code or share link.
Payment or payout issues: verify your payment method or payout details, then try again. If the issue persists, contact support with the approximate time and amount.

Account deletion

Account deletion requests can be started in the app from Settings or by emailing support. Financial or contest records may still be retained where required by law.
