GymWager helps users create workout accountability pacts. By using GymWager, you agree to these terms and to the Official Rules for any contest or money feature.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you use the app) to use money features. You are responsible for using GymWager only where it is lawful for you.

Contests and money features

• Non-zero stakes are optional. Users can create and use $0 pacts without money features.
• Contest outcomes are based on verified workout completion and goal attainment, not chance.
• Apple is not a sponsor of GymWager contests or money features.
• Platform fees, payout mechanics, and rollover behavior are described in-app and in the Official Rules.

Prohibited use

• No fraud, abuse, harassment, or attempts to bypass gym or location verification.
• No unlawful use or use in jurisdictions where the features are prohibited.

Third-party services

Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. Authentication and sync may use Firebase. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Account deletion

Account deletion requests can be started in the app or by emailing info@gymwager.com. Some financial or contest records may be retained where required by law.
